About our saffron
What is the difference between Signature Saffron and Premium Kashmiri Saffron?
Premium Kashmiri Saffron is grown in Kashmir, India, and has a more intense honeyed aroma and deeper colour. Signature Saffron is a carefully selected imported saffron, excellent for everyday cooking at a lower price. The country of origin is shown on each product page.
How much saffron should I use?
A little goes a long way: 3–4 threads for a glass of milk, 10–12 for a pot of kheer. See our Saffron Guide.
How long does saffron last?
Stored airtight in a cool, dark, dry place, saffron keeps its quality for a long time. The best-before date is printed on every pack.
How do I know your saffron is genuine?
Read our guide on how to identify genuine saffron. We clearly label the origin of every saffron we sell.
