Shipping policy

Where we deliver: addresses across India through our courier partners. If we cannot service your pin code, we will contact you and refund your order in full.

Delivery charges: free delivery on orders of ₹1,499 and above; a flat ₹99 on orders below ₹1,499.

Dispatch and delivery: orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on location; remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking: when your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number.

Damaged parcels: if the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failed delivery: if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
