Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across India through our courier partners. If we cannot service your pin code, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
Delivery charges
- Orders of ₹1,499 and above: free delivery
- Orders below ₹1,499: flat ₹99
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier; most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you the courier name and tracking number.
Packaging
Every order is packed securely and sealed to protect the saffron in transit. If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with on arrival, please photograph it and tell us within 48 hours.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available after repeated attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
