zarifkesar.com is operated by Zarif Kesar, a proprietorship of Naveed Tariq, Ground Floor, Gousia Colony, Namblabal, Pampore, District Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir 192121, India (GSTIN 01CDMPT1374B2ZS). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products. We describe products as accurately as we can, including the country of origin of each saffron. Saffron is natural, so colour and thread appearance may vary slightly between batches; images are for illustration.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel orders, for example if a product is unavailable or an order appears fraudulent, with a full refund.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Cancellation and Refund policies.

Use of saffron. Our products are food ingredients for culinary use. Information on this website is general and not medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before consuming saffron in more than culinary amounts.

Intellectual property. The Zarif Kesar name, logo, text and images belong to us and may not be used without written permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Jammu & Kashmir have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
